1. Check to make sure you entered the correct USERNAME/PASSWORD
2. Try typing in the entire address for USERNAME with the @esc4.epals.com extension
3. Students notify your campus Liaision and online instructor
4. Liaisons and instructors notify TVS (tvs@esc4.net)
